Convocation 2015

Registration process for the convocation 2015 will start from April 02, 2016 and will end on April 15, 2016. (No induction and changes will be made in the provided data after April 15,2016 as the data will be forwarded to the security committee accordingly.)

Registration fee (without fine) will be submitted via bank challan form April 01, 2016 to April 15, 2016. Late comers will be entertained only till April 18, 2016 (Monday) on the payment of fine Rs. 200/= per day.

The printing and issuane of hallan forms be done by treasurer office.

Registration breakup for Masters & Bachelors' Students for the Year 2015

Gown Rent: Rs. 400/-

Registration Charges: Rs.1600/-

Registration breakup for laggard Masters & Bachelors' Students (who did not pay their degree charges) for the Year 2015

Degree Charges: Rs. 1500/-

Guests

No additional guest is allowed for upcoming Convocation 2015 and details regarding guests of graduates are as follow:

Graduating Students Guests
Gold/Silver Medalist One guest free and second on payment of Rs. 2000
Other Graduating Students Only one guest is allowed (that is free of cost)

Do’s and Don’ts of Convocation Day, 2015

  • Students should bring their registration as well as invitation card on both days.
  • Dress code should be strictly followed (neutral color dresses, black / brown coat shoes, tied hair, no heavy jewelry, no chappals / sandals).
  • Guests and the students should bring their invitation cards and original CNIC on both days.
  • Don’t leave your guest unattended at the time of registration, as it will cause security problem.
  • Students should strictly follow the timings on both days as follow, no entry will be allowed after closing the registration process as well as doors.
  • On Convocation day, hands should be absolutely free, no mobile phones, hand bags or cameras are allowed.
  • Any student not complying the dress code or any other requirements will not be allowed to participate in the rehearsal as well as the convocation proceedings. NO EXCEPTIONS.
  • Don’t embarrass us and yourself in front of your guests for not complying to Do’s and Don’ts of the Convocation.
  • Children of the age 8 – 13 are allowed on rehearsal day, but on Convocation day. Therefore, you should make arrangements before hand. No requests will be entertained.
  • No changes regarding guests will be entertained after the registration process is over.
  • Brothers of the students (as guests) will be allowed only under extra ordinary circumstances after due approval of the Competent Authority.

 

 

Rules & Regulations of the Convocation, 2015

  • There will be no changes in the guest list as well addition of the guest, once the registration process is closed.
  • Students have to complete all degree requirements before registration. Students on thesis extension must have viva before closing dates of registration.
  • Convocation registration is not mandatory for all the students if they are not attending convocation.
  • No exception will be entertained in any case.
