Procurement of furniture for girls hostel at fjwu, city campus, rawalpindi

Fatima Jinnah Women University, Rawalpindi (FJWU) intends to invite Sealed tenders/ bids from reputable firms registered with Sales Tax, Income Tax Departments and Punjab Revenue Department for following Tender on the basis of Single Stage (Single Envelope Procedure) in terms of Rule No. 38 (1) of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (PPRA Rules 2014).

  1. Bidding Documents will be immediately available after publishing of this Tender Notice.
  2. Interested firm can obtain / purchase set of bidding documents from the office of Director P&D, Fatima Jinnah Women University, The Mall, Rawalpindi on working day during office hours i.e. from 08.00 am to 4.00 pm from Monday to Friday. on payment of Rs.1500/- (Rupees One Thousand Five Only) through Pay Order in favor of Treasurer, FJWU, Rawalpindi.
  3. The Bid Security / Earnest Money shall be equal to 3% of estimated price in the form of “CDR i.e. Bank Draft, Pay Order etc.” in favor of Treasurer, FJWU, Rawalpindi is required to be submitted with the Financial Bid. , The bid submitted without Bid Security / Earnest Money shall be rejected being non-responsive. Bids received after due time and date or bids without Bid Security in shape of CDR or CDR less than required amount or Bid Security in shape of Cheque/ Cross Cheque will be liable for rejection.
  4. The sealed Bids will be received on July 24, 2017 at 1415 hours and will be opened on same day at 1445 hours in the presence of supplier representative who chose to attend.
  5. The FJWU reserve the right to reject all bids/proposals or bids/proposals prior to the acceptance of a bid or proposal as per PPRA Punjab rule 35.
