Fifth Merit Lists FOR PHD Program(s) (Fall 2026)


All the files listed  below are in PDF format.

  1. The last date for fee deposit is September 23, 2026 for candidates included in the following merit lists:
    • 1st Merit List: Law Degree Self Support Program
    • 2nd Merit List: Law Degree Regular Program
    • 7th Merit List: Bachelors Degree Programs (Phase I and II)
    • 5th Merit List: MS/M.Phil/PhD. Programs (Phase I and II)
  2. Non-payment of dues within the specified time will render the seat cancelled.
  3. Fee vouchers have already been provided to the candidates qualifying for these merit lists in their account on the online admission portal in the “Applied Programs” section. Fee can be paid via any online banking app/easy paisa/jazzcash by using kuickpay.
  4. Candidates who have qualified in more than one degree program can find multiple fee vouchers in their account on the online admission portal. They must pay the fee by using the voucher of only that degree program in which they want to be admitted.
  5. Candidate who has already deposited the fee after qualifying for the previous merit lists will be able to apply for transfer of fee to another program for which she has qualified in these or subsequent merit lists. She will have to visit the University Admission Office to fill a transfer proforma along with her paid fee receipt and a copy of her CNIC on September 23, 2026.
  6. All candidates are directed to pay their dues immediately and then join classes on Thursday, September 24, 2026.
  7. The next merit lists will be displayed on September 24, 2026 subject to availability of seats in any program.
  8. Classes for Law will start from September 28, 2026.
  9. All admissions are being granted provisionally and will be subject to finalization/confirmation only after submission of SSC and HSSC certificates by the students, duly attested by IBCC, within 02 weeks of admission.
  10. Classes in any Degree Program of Bachelors/Associate Degrees will not be initiated if the number of enrolled students is less than 10.
  11. Errors and omissions are excepted as a notice only.
