Admissions Fall 2024 Open Bachelors Degree Programs (4 years)

Minimum Eligibility:

1.      1st division (in Intermediate or equivalent to 12 years of education) for Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) approved Software &              Electronic Engineering Departments.
2.   60 % marks (in Intermediate or equivalent to 12 years of            education) for BCS Departments.
3.   2nd Division for all other disciplines of Bachelor’s Programs.
4.   NAT-I conducted by NTS / Entry Test conducted by UET / NUST / ETEA for Engineering Departments / USAT conducted by HEC is              required for admission in Engineering Departments. A minimum score of 33 % is required for the test.
5.   The test is not required for other programs/departments of bachelor’s Programs.

• Classes in any Degree Program will not be initiated if the number of enrolled students is less than 10.
• 02 % quota is reserved each for disabled/special persons and minorities.
• The University reserves the right to increase/decrease/re-offer the number of seats in any Department/Degree Program/Campus if required.

1. The University is accepting online applications only for Fall Semester 2024 through our online Admission Portal on our website, therefore during the application process, the candidates must upload electronic copies of their documents. There is no requirement to send hard copies of the documents/receipts. 
2. Once the candidate enters all her information and uploads the required documents on the portal, she can apply in programs. After applying in programs, she can pay the Application Processing fee online through any banking app. After depositing the application fee kindly upload the picture/receipt on the portal. The application will not be accepted/processed without this fee payment.
3. The application processing fee for the applicants of the Bachelors Program will be Rs. 1200/- with 03 options to apply for admission. Candidates desiring to apply for more options or for the Self Support Program as well may do so by depositing another Rs. 1200/- for 03 more options and so on and so forth.
4. Candidates for Bachelors Program can apply for both Regular and Self Support Programs. They will be considered for both Programs. However, once admitted on the merit of the Self-Support Program, candidates will not have the option to move/transfer into the Regular Program at any stage of their academic session.
5. Candidates awaiting results must submit their online applications within the due date. While filling the online application the candidates awaiting their results must mention their Part I result in their intermediate academic qualification and also must check the box of Result pending. Results declared after the submission of the on-line application can only be entered in the portal by the candidate herself by the notified date on our website for entering the late results, if any.
6. Any kind of tampering in documents will lead to permanent disqualification.
7. Candidates having any foreign degrees/ diploma/ results in the form of GPA/Grade points are required to upload an equivalence certificate stating percentage/marks.
8. All admissions will be granted provisionally and will be subject to finalization/confirmation only after submission of SSC and HSSC certificates by the candidates, duly attested by IBCC, within 02 weeks of admission.
9. All information / Admission Updates and Merit Lists will be displayed on the University website. No letters/calls/messages would be sent for admission offers/commencement of classes, etc.
10. The schedule for displaying the Merit Lists will be available on our website by the 4th week of August 2024.
11. An open house for the information of candidates and their parents will be held on August 08, 2024. The details will be available on our website in the first week of August.
12. Different scholarships for deserving students and on-campus hostel facilities are also available.

The last date for submission of online applications is September 05, 2024.
