Instructions for Candidates of Self Support Program, Minorities and Persons with Disabilities for Fall 2024 Admissions

  1. The last date for fee deposit for the 1st Merit List of Minorities, and Bachelor Self Support Program is October 4, 2024.
  2. Nonpayment of dues within the specified time will render the seat cancelled.
  3. Fee vouchers have already been provided to the candidates qualified for the merit lists in their account on the online admission portal in their applied programs section. The fee can be paid via any online banking app using kuickpay only. The fee paid through any other means will not be acceptable.
  4. Candidates who have qualified for the merit lists in more than one-degree programs can find multiple fee vouchers in their account on the online admission portal. They must pay the fee by using the voucher of only that degree program in which they want to be admitted.
  5. If a candidate is already admitted in a department/degree program and her name has appeared in another department/program in the merit list now, she can apply for a transfer of her fee to the new Department. To complete transfer formalities the candidate must visit the admission office and fill a “Transfer Form” to Apply for a Transfer of Department / Program by October 4, 2024.
  6. Candidates with disabilities whose names are displayed in the merit list are directed to complete the admission formalities by visiting the admission office with their disability certificate till October 4, 2024. They are not required to pay fee. They have to visit the Admission Office only.
  7. Classes have already commenced from September 30, 2024.
  8. All admissions are being granted provisionally and will be subject to finalization/confirmation only after submission of SSC and HSSC certificates by the students, duly attested by IBCC, within 02 weeks of admission.
  9. Errors and omissions are excepted as a notice only.
