  1. LLM (second division) or equivalent qualification from an institute or a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission; and
  2. ten years post qualification relevant experience.



  1. LLB (second division) or equivalent qualification from an institute or a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission; and
  2. twelve years post Qualification relevant experience.


CONDITIONS (How to Apply):

  1. Applicants are required to apply online through University website i.e. and MUST also submit the hard copy of the application form along with required documents.
  2. One Set of application on the prescribed university form, with complete bio-data and attested documents including:

    (i) degree, certificates and transcripts (ii) experience certificates (iii) CNIC (iv) Domicile (Punjab only) (v) 2-recent photographs (vi) original bank draft/postal order/paid challan form of Rs.2000/- (non-refundable) Payable to the “Treasurer, Fatima Jinnah Women University, Rawalpindi” should reach the office of the Registrar by the due date i.e  September 11, 2023

  3. Applications with incomplete documents and received after the due date shall not be entertained by any means.
  4. Applicants already working in Government/Semi-Government Organizations/Autonomous Bodies should apply through proper channel by the due date and submit service certificates issued by their present employer; otherwise, their applications will not be entertained. However, the University may entertain advance copies.
  5. Applicants must provide no inquiry pending certificate from current organization/institution, and from previous employer/organization (if currently left the previous job)
  6. Candidates applying for the posts must enlist the attached documents with signatures.
  7. Foreign degree holders must provide equivalence certificate issued by HEC.
  8. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview. (The decision of the University shall remain binding in all cases).
  9. No TA/DA will be paid for interviews/Test.
  10. The University reserves the right to increase/decrease the number of posts, not to fill, and/or withhold/withdraw the appointment against the advertised post.
  11. Age relaxation will be given as admissible under the rules/policy of the Government of the Punjab.
  12. The University is not responsible if call letters are delayed or not received due to any lapse of courier service/post office/ telephone message.
  13. 5% quota has been reserved for minorities and 3% for disabled persons.
  14. Dismissed/terminated from the service or penalized contrary to the service(s) by any of the University/Government Department/ Autonomous body and semi government are not eligible for aforementioned posts.
  15. In case any information provided by the candidate in his/her application form is found to be incorrect or false at any stage, he/she shall be disqualified and action will be taken as per rules.
  16. Last Date for Submission of Applications:
