CONDITIONS (How to Apply):
- Interested Applicants are required to apply online through University job portal i.e. careers.fjwu.edu.pk and MUST also submit the hard copy of the application form along with required documents.
- Once the candidate enters all the information and uploads the required documents on the portal, he/she can apply on the job.
- Only Punjab Domicile holder candidates can apply against the advertised post.
- Applicants are required to pay processing fee of Rs. 2000/- (non-refundable) can be paid via any online banking app using kuickpay on or before March 17, 2025. The Challan can be downloaded from the job portal. The fee submitted by any other source will not be considered for Job purpose and application form will be considered as incomplete and the application will not be processed / accepted without fee payment as mentioned.
- One Set of application on the prescribed university form, with (i) complete bio-data and attested documents including degree, certificates and transcripts (ii) experience certificates (iii) CNIC (iv)Domicile (v) 2-recent photographs (vi) original receipt of paid challan should reach the office of the Registrar by the due date i.e March 17, 2025.
- Must provide the No inquiry / audit pending certificate from current organization / institution, and from previous employer / organization (if currently left the previous job).
- Applications with incomplete documents and received after due date shall not be entertained by any means.
- If the candidate who has applied after taking NOC from his parent department / institution / university and got selected in any other department / institution / university during the process of selection, he/she would be required to send immediately an NOC from the new employer, failing which the application will be rejected ab-initio.
- Degree only from HEC recognized university / degree awarding institutions will be considered.
- Applicants already working in Government/Semi-Government Organizations/Autonomous Bodies should apply through proper channel by due date and submit updated service certificates issued by their present employer; otherwise, their applications will not be entertained. However, the University may entertain advance copies.
- Candidates applying for the posts must enlist the attached documents with signatures.
- Foreign degree holders must provide equivalence certificate issued by HEC.
- Only short listed candidates will be called for interview. (Decision of the University shall remain binding in all cases).
- No TA/DA will be paid for interviews/Test.
- The University reserves the right to increase/decrease the number of posts, not to fill any post, and/or withhold/withdraw the appointment against any advertised post.
- Relaxation in upper age limit may be granted to suitable candidates as per Government of Punjab Rules.
- The University is not responsible if call letters are delayed or not received due to any lapse of courier service/post office/ telephone message.
- 5% quota has been reserved for minorities and 3% for disabled persons.
- Test will be conducted of the eligible candidates (if needed), where required under the rules.
- Dismissed/terminated from the service or penalized contrary to the service(s) by any of the University/Government Department/ Autonomous body and semi government are not eligible for aforementioned posts.
- In case any information provided by the candidate in his/her application form is found to be incorrect or false at any stage, he/she shall be disqualified and action will be taken as per rules.
- Applications will NOT be processed if:
- Both online and hard copies are not submitted by due date.
- Documents are incomplete.
- Fee is not submitted.
- Last Date for Submission of Applications:
- Application on prescribed form complete in all respects should reach the Registrar Office by March 17, 2025.
