CONDITIONS (How to Apply):
- Interested Applicants are required to Download Urdu Form from University website i.e. www.fjwu.edu.pk and submit the application form along with required documents
- Only Punjab Domicile holder candidates can apply against the advertised post.
- One Set of application with (i) complete bio-data and attested documents including degree, certificates and transcripts
(ii) experience certificates (iii) CNIC (iv) Domicile (v) 2-recent photographs (vi) original receipt of paid challan/pay order/postal order should reach the office of the Registrar by the due date i.e December 8, 2025.
- Processing fee of Rs. 1,000/- (non-refundable) to be paid through bank draft/postal order/paid challan form Payable to the “Treasurer, Fatima Jinnah Women University, Rawalpindi on or before December 8, 2025
- The advertisement is purely on contract basis, applicants will not claim for regular appointment against the contract positions.
- Applicants already working in Government/Semi-Government Organizations/Autonomous Bodies should apply through proper channel by due date and submit updated service certificates issued by their present employer; otherwise, their applications will not be entertained. However, the University may entertain advance copies.
- If the applicant who has applied after taking NOC from his parent department / institution / university and got selected in any other department / institution / university during the process of selection, he/she would be required to send immediately an NOC from the new employer, failing which the application will be rejected ab-initio.
- Must provide the No inquiry / audit pending certificate from current organization / institution, and from previous employer / organization (if currently left the previous job).
- Dismissed/terminated from the service or penalized contrary to the service(s) by any of the University/Government Department/ Autonomous body and semi government are not eligible for aforementioned posts.
- Applications with incomplete documents and received after due date shall not be entertained by any means.
- Only shortlisted applicants will be called for interview. (Decision of the University shall remain binding in all cases). No TA/DA will be paid for interviews.
- The University is not responsible if call letters are delayed or not received due to any lapse of courier service/post office/ telephone message.
- The University reserves the right to increase/decrease the number of posts, not to fill any post, and/or withhold/withdraw the appointment against any advertised post.
- In case any information provided by the candidate in his/her application form is found to be incorrect or false at any stage, he/she shall be disqualified ab-initio and action will be taken as per rules.
- Relaxation in upper age limit may be granted to suitable candidates as per Government of Punjab Rules.
- 5% quota has been reserved for minorities and 3% for disabled persons.
- Test will be conducted to shortlist the candidates (if needed).
- Applications will NOT be processed if:
- Hard copies are not submitted by due date.
- Documents are incomplete.
- Fee is not submitted.
