Project Coordinator (1 Position) |
- Minimum 16 years of education in Social Sciences
- Strong project management and communication skills
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred

- Oversee day-to-day operations of the research project
- Coordinate between researchers, field teams, and administrative staff
- Manage timelines, deliverables and reporting
|
Data Analyst (1 Position) |
- Minimum 16 years of education in Social Sciences
- Proficiency in data analysis software (e.g., SPSS, STATA, R)
- Attention to detail and familiarity with research method.
|
- Manage, clean, and analyses primary and secondary datasets
- Prepare descriptive statistics, visualizations, and summary reports
- Support research team with empirical analysis

Data Enumerator
(3 Positions)
|
- Minimum 16 years of education in Social Sciences
- Experience in data collection or fieldwork is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
|
- Conduct field-based data collection
- Ensure accurate and ethical data entry following survey protocols
- Coordinate with team leads for logistics and quality control
|
