Opportunity as Help Desk Coordinator (Jan 2024)

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Bachelors/ Degree in Social Sciences
  • Strong computer skills and ability to troubleshoot and diagnose problems.
  • Affiliation with COL at any given point that at least 2 courses were completed through the platform.
  • Good writing and editing skills to aid in writing and updating training manuals

Duration: 1st February, 2024 to 31st March, 2024
Salary: Rs. 40,000 per month.
Job Specification:

  • Responding to queries via chat, email or phone.
  • Providing technical assistance for question and problems.
  • Diagnosing system errors and other issues. 
  • Requesting feedback and/or monitoring calls and other methods of correspondence.
  • Running reports to analyse common complaints and problems. 
  • Strong Computer Skills and the Ability to Troubleshoot and Diagnose Problems,
  • Familiarity with both PC and Software,
  • Good Customer Service Skills, Ability to Communicate
  • Effectively to help customers fix their issues and feel satisfied with the experience,
  • Writing and Editing Skills to aid in writing and updating manuals, Education in Computer.
