Interview Schedule for Ph.D. Admissions Phase 2

Interviews for admissions to Ph.D. programmes will be held as per the following schedule:

Venue	Old Library Extension FJWU City Campus

Required Documents

All candidates are required to bring the following:

1. All academic documents (Original).
2. National Identity Card (Original).
3. Any one of the following 03 tests is acceptable for admission to Ph.D. program in all departments, provided that the applicant secures a minimum score of 60 % in any of the following tests to be provisionally eligible for the interview:

1. Applicants will have to appear in a departmental-specific written test as well on the day of the interview.
2. Any one of the following 03 types of tests is acceptable for admission to MS/M.Phil./PhD Programs in all departments, provided that the applicant secures a minimum required score mentioned in the respective advertisements:
   • GAT conducted by the National Testing Service (NTS); or
   • HAT conducted by HEC-Education Testing Council (HEC-ETC); or
   • A Departmental/ internal admission test conducted by the relevant FJWU department on the day of the interview.     
3. If a candidate has applied for admission in more than one Department/Degree Programs, she will have to appear in the interview/test (if applicable) of all of them on the same day.
4. If any candidate is unable to appear in the interview/test on the above-scheduled date, she will not be considered for admission any further.
