Store Office

Store is the custodian of receipt and available stock purchased by the University Purchase Office. Function of Store Office is as under:

  1. Stock Bills after the physical verification of Supplied items/Equipment
  2. Store items/Equipment are issued on demand after approval by the Competent Authority
  3. Maintain Main Ledgers of different Stores/ Projects.
  4. Process Annual Stock Taking of the University
  5. Audit of Fiscal Year
  6. Custody of all dismantle stores
  7. Auction of dead stock and maintaining dead stock register
  8. To assist departments/offices to prepare sub stock registers
  9. Inspection regarding physical occurrence of stores is done on monthly basis

Technical Committees for different stores are constituted to check the quality and quantity of delivered items/Equipment to avoid any discrepancy.
