Eligibility Criteria:
The M.Phil (Education) will be open to all after 16 years of education with a minimum second division in 4-year bachelor's program. All students have to clear the Higher Aptitude Test (HAT) OR Clear specific written test conducted by the department.
Degree Completion Requirements  
To become eligible for the award of M.Phil degree in Education, a student must satisfy the following requirements:

1. The program consists of 32 semester credits.
2. Students must complete all courses in the university core, general education and program-specific foundation/core/elective curriculum. The Thesis will be initiated from the 3rd semester onward.
3. Two consecutive probations will lead to termination of registration as per university policy.
4. A minimum of 75% attendance is requisite to get registered in the courses at all times.
