Eligibility Criteria:  

• Sixteen years of schooling or 4 year education (minimum 120 credit hours) after HSSC/F.A./F.Sc/Grade 12 or Equivalent shall be required for admission in the MPhil/MS/Equivalent program.
• University is required to conduct a rigorous admission test as an eligibility condition for admission to MS/MPhil/Equivalent programs, with a passing score of 50%. OR accept the GRE/HAT General/Equivalent tests, with a passing score of 50%.

Degree Completion Requirements (one point per line)
To become eligible for the award of MPhil degree in Mathematics, a student must satisfy the following requirements:

• Minimum of 26 credit hours of course work must be completed.
• Thesis of minimum 6 credit hours must also be completed individually as a mandatory requirement of the degree program following final defense and viva voce.
• CGPA must not be below 2.50/4.00 at the time of completion of the degree program.
