To establish a department which empower the women through scientific and ethical values. It enables student to develop skills of problem solving and finding solutions in physics to achieve organizational and national goals, thus contributing positively towards the global development. To produce international quality human resources in physics and provide a firm forum to excel the knowledge by quality research work. To educate and train young women with the appraisal to apply physics in daily life.
MS Mission
The mission of the Master of Philosophy (Physics) program is to equip students with theoretical and applied knowledge of physics for the solutions of complex problems related to the understanding of the physical world and to enable them to use that knowledge in solving various problems of the human world. It is aimed to prepare the students to learn independently and critically in a constantly changing discipline.
