CONDITIONS (How to Apply):

  1. Interested Applicants for Sr. No. 1 to 3 are required to apply online through University website i.e. https://careers.fjwu.edu.pk and MUST also submit the hard copy of the application form along with required documents. Moreover, during the application process, the candidates must upload electronic copies of their documents.
  2. Once the candidate enters all the information and uploads the required documents on the portal, he/she can apply on the job. After applying on the job, the application processing fee (non-refundable) can be paid via any online banking app using kuickpay. The Challan can be downloaded from the job portal.
  3. After depositing the processing fee, kindly upload the picture/receipt of the payment on the portal. The application will not be accepted/processed without fee payment.
  4. Interested Applicants for Sr. No. 4 to 08 are required to Download Urdu Form from University website i.e. Download Form and submit the application form along with required documents.
  5. One Set of application on the prescribed university form, with complete bio-data and attested documents including:
    1. degree, certificates and transcripts (ii) experience certificates (iii) CNIC (iv) Domicile (v) 2-recent photographs (vi) original receipt/ orignal bank draft/postal order/paid challan should reach the office of the Registrar by the due date i.e January 10, 2025
    2. Processing fee to be submitted as following:
      1. Sr. No. 1 to 3             Rs. 2,000/- (non-refundable) via any online banking app using kuickpay only
      2. Sr. No. 4 to 8             Rs. 5,00/-(non-refundable) through bank draft/postal order/paid challan form Payable to the “Treasurer, Fatima Jinnah Women University, Rawalpindi
    3. The documents should be attested by the Gazetted Officer of BS-17 and above. Unattested or self-attested documents will not be accepted.
  6. Only Punjab Domicile holder candidates can apply against the advertised post.
  7. Must provide the No inquiry / audit pending certificate from current organization / institution, and from previous employer / organization (if currently left the previous job).
  8. Applications with incomplete documents and received after due date shall not be entertained by any means.
  9. Candidates applying for more than one position should submit separate applications along with complete documents together with required Pay order/Bank Draft etc.
  10. The experience of BS-17 and above will be counted for appointment against the administrative posts of BS-18 and above.
  11. Applicants already working in Government/Semi-Government Organizations/Autonomous Bodies should apply through proper channel by due date and submit service certificates issued by their present employer; otherwise, their applications will not be entertained. However, the University may entertain advance copies.
  12. Candidates applying for the posts must enlist the attached documents with signatures.
  13. Foreign degree holders must provide equivalence certificate issued by HEC.
  14. Only short listed candidates will be called for interview. (Decision of the University shall remain binding in all cases).
  15. No TA/DA will be paid for interviews/Test.
  16. The University reserves the right to increase/decrease the number of posts, not to fill any post, and/or withhold/withdraw the appointment against any advertised post.
  17. Age relaxation will be given as admissible under the rules/policy of Government of the Punjab.
  18. The University is not responsible if call letters are delayed or not received due to any lapse of courier service/post office/ telephone message.
  19. 5% quota has been reserved for minorities and 3% for disabled persons.
  20. Test will be conducted to shortlist the candidates (if needed).
  21. Dismissed/terminated from the service or penalized contrary to the service(s) by any of the University/Government Department/ Autonomous body and semi government are not eligible for aforementioned posts.
  22. In case any information provided by the candidate in his/her application form is found to be incorrect or false at any stage, he/she shall be disqualified and action will be taken as per rules.
  23. Applications will NOT be processed if:
    1. Both online and hard copies are not submitted by due date.
    2. Documents are incomplete.
    3. Fee is not submitted.
