- In March, 2000, I participated and assisted in organizing and managing a national conference on ‘Women in Higher Education Management’. It was jointly sponsored by the USIS and the Fatima Jinnah Women University, Rawalpindi. At the moment I am involved in the publication of the proceedings of this conference.
- In October, 1999, I organized and conducted the 15th SPELT International Conference at the Bahauddin Zakaria University, Multan. 121 teachers from local schools and colleges attended this conference. Resource persons of national and international fame presented papers and held workshops.
- In November, 1998, I attended the international conference organized by the British Council and the Kinnaird College, Lahore. The topic of the conference was ‘Literacy, Language and Primary Education’. I was asked to chair a session on this occasion.
- In October 1998, I attended the 14th SPELT International conference in Islamabad and conducted a workshop. As coordinator of the Multan SPELT Chapter I organized and conducted a similar international conference in Multan.
