Tender Notice for Provision of Prospectus (2022-23)

Fatima Jinnah Women University (FJWU) invites sealed bids from well established and economically sound firms for provision/ printing of University Prospectus.


Terms & Conditions

  1. Firms should be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Department.
  2. Five (05) percent of the estimated cost of the Prospectus must be enclosed with the bid as earnest money (refundable to the unsuccessful bidders) in favour of Treasurer, Fatima Jinnah Women University, The Mall, Rawalpindi. Bid(s) without earnest money will not be considered. The earnest money should be in the form of Bank Draft/ Pay Order. No Crossed-Cheque/ Security Deposit Slip/ any other instrument other than Bank Draft/ Pay Order will be accepted.
  3. Only those firms should apply which have their own Printing Press and good reputation in market and have relevant experience of working with Universities/ educational institutions.
  4. The prices should be quoted in Pak Rupees.
  5. The prices quoted should be valid for 60 days and extendable for another 30 days.
  6. The University may reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to the acceptance of a bid or proposal. The University shall upon request communicate to any supplier or contractor who submitted a bid or proposal, the grounds for its rejection of all bids or proposals but is not required to justify those grounds.
  7. Tender Documents are available on Punjab PPRA as well as University website. Please attach tender fee along-with the bid in the form of Bank Draft/ Pay Order of Rs. 1000/- in the name of Treasurer, FJWU. The bids without Tender Fee will not be accepted/ entertained.
  8. Detailed Terms & Conditions/ Tender documents can also be obtained from the office of the undersigned immediately after uploading/ publication of the Tender during (0900 hrs to 1300 hrs) except Saturdays and Sundays on provision of Pay Order/ Bank Draft of Rs. 1000/- in the name of Treasurer, FJWU. No cash will be acceptable.
  9. The bid should be filled in the PROFORMA attached with the tender documents. Incomplete proforma/ bid will not be considered.

Interested firms may drop their bids in the Tender Box placed in the office of the undersigned latest by 1100 hours on 25th April 2022. Bids will be opened on the same day at 1130 Hours. No bid will be received after 1100 hours. Time and date also applicable to tenders to be received through courier service.
