Fatima Jinnah Women University (FJWU) invites e-bids for repair/maintenance of University Vehicles (complete overhauling of engines). The parties must be technically experienced and economically sound.
Terms & Conditions
- Firms should be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Department.
- The prices should be quoted in Pak Rupees. The GST/PST to be indicated separately, where applicable.
- The prices quoted should be valid for 90 days and extendable for another 30 days.
- Five (5%) bid security of total estimated price in shape of Demand Draft / Pay Order / Call Deposit Receipt in favor of Treasurer Fatima Jinnah Women University, Rawalpindi (FTN # 9020016-0), annexure wise as mentioned below must be submitted along with covering letter in the University Purchase Office. The soft copy of the bid security must be attached with E-Bids on EPAD. E-Bids without or LESS earnest money of the total estimated price mentioned below will not be entertained. No Crossed-Cheque / Bank Challan / Cash or any other instrument other than Demand Draft / Pay Order / Call Deposit will be accepted.

Pre-Bid meeting will be held on 20th January,2026 at 11:00 am in Purchase Office at City campus. All interested bidders are required to attend Pre-bid meeting.
- The University may reject all e-bids or proposals at any time prior to the acceptance of a bid or proposal. The University shall upon request communicate to any bidder who submitted a bid or proposal, the ground for its rejection of proposals, but is not required to justify those grounds.
- Please attach soft copy of e-bid security along-with the technical e-bid / proposal and original e-bid security to be submitted in the university Purchase Office before tender opening date and time.
- Offer received by any other means other than E-PADS, received through mail / courier / by hand before the expiry of submission time will be rejected.

The e-bidder shall download the e-bidding documents.
Procurement Method:
- Single Stage-Two Envelope
- Evaluation shall be done as per rule 38-A of PPRA 2014.Technically complained and lowest evaluated E- Bid will be accepted. Evaluation shall be lot wise.
Interested parties may submit their E-Bids till 1100 hours on 29th January,2026. The E-Bids will be opened on the same day at 1130 Hours. No bid will be received after 1100 hours. In case of any official or local holiday, falling on the last date for submission of the bids, the next working day will automatically be the date for opening of the bids.
