CM Honhaar Undergraduate Scholarship Program Phase II 2025

Punjab Higher Education Commission has launched Phase II of the Honhaar Scholarship Program for Undergraduate students. Following are the details:

Eligibility Criteria:

The Applicant Must:
  • 1. Have domicile from any district of the Punjab.
  • 2. Her family monthly income should be less than Rs 300,000 (Affidavit Required, sample affidavit can be downloaded from the PHEC online portal through the link mentioned below).
  • 3. Currently enrolled (in Regular or Self Support Program) at FJWU in 4th, 6th and 8th semester for all bachelors degree programs and 4th, 6th, 8th and 10th semester for Law degree program.
  • 4. Have a Minimum CGPA requirements for scholarship:
  • >= 70% equivalent CGPA (i.e. 2.88) for Sciences and >= 65% equivalent CGPA (i.e. 2.69) for Arts, social sciences and other categories.
  • Selection of merit criteria is based on HEC Policy guidelines for Implementation of uniform Semester system in HEIs of Pakistan.
