Pre-Qualification Notice (Oct 2023)
Fatima Jinnah Women University (hereinafter referred to as FJWU) desires to seek registrations from reputed Auto Workshops for Pre-Qualification for supply of Spare Parts, Equipment, Lubricants and services of repair and maintenance works of its vehicle’s (Corolla, Altis, Cultus, Khyber, Mercedes Benz, Hiace Van, Bolan Carry, Hundayi, Nissan, Suzuki Pickup, Ambulance, Daewoo, Toyota, Coaster, Hi-Roof, Motor Cycle) for a period of three years.
Terms & Conditions
- All interested bidders should be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Department and must be an active tax filer.
- The University may reject all proposals at any time prior to the acceptance of a proposal. The University shall upon request communicate to any bidder who submitted a proposal, the ground for its rejection of proposals, but is not required to justify those grounds.
- All interested Firms / Companies who qualify on the eligibility criteria, will be considered for pre-qualification.
- The participating Firms / Companies must provide undertaking on stamp paper mentioned that the Firm / Company has not been indulged in litigation nor black listed by any organization / Government department.
- Pre-qualification shall be governed by the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014,
- Pre-qualification Documents are available on Punjab PPRA as well as on University website. Detailed Terms & Conditions / Pre-qualification documents can be downloaded from Punjab PPRA as well as from University website after uploading / publication of the pre-qualification notice.
- Please attach pre-qualification document fee in the form of Bank Draft / Pay Order / Call Deposit of Rs. 1,000/- in the favor of “Treasurer Fatima Jinnah Women University” OTHERWISE THE PROPOSAL WILL BE REJECTED. The PROPOSALS without Fee will not be accepted / entertained. No cash payment will be acceptable.
Interested parties may drop their PROPOSALS in the Box placed in the office of the Undersigned between 0800 hours to 1200 hours on 20th Oct 2023. The PROPSOALS will be opened on the same day at 1230 Hours. Time and date are also applicable on bids received through courier services. No PROPSOALS will be received after 1200 hours.
