Tender Notice for Procurement of Furniture & Fixtures for FJWU Campus-I (May 2026)
Fatima Jinnah Women University (hereinafter referred to as FJWU) invites E-Bids for PROCUREMENT OF FURNITURE & FIXTURES FOR FJWU CAMPUS I. Details are as under: -
Furniture and Fixture for FJWU, Campus-I Terms & Conditions
- All interested E-Bidders should be registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Department and must be an active tax filer.
- The prices should be quoted in Pak Rupees. The GST is to be indicated separately where applicable.
- The prices quoted should be valid for 90 days and extendable for another 30 days.
- The University may reject all E-Bids or proposals at any time prior to the acceptance of an E-Bid or proposal. The University shall, upon request, communicate to any E-Bidder who submitted an E-Bid or proposal, the grounds for its rejection of proposals, but is not required to justify those grounds.
- Two (2%) bid security of the total estimated price in the shape of Demand Draft / Pay Order / Call Deposit Receipt in favor of “Treasurer Fatima Jinnah Women University, Rawalpindi”, must be submitted along with a covering letter to the University Purchase Office. The soft copy of the bid security must be attached to E-Bids on EPAD. E-Bids without or LESS earnest money of the total estimated price mentioned below (Lot wise) will not be entertained. No Crossed-Cheque / Bank Challan / Cash or any other instrument other than Demand Draft / Pay Order / Call Deposit will be accepted. (University FTN # 9020016-0).

- Please attach a soft copy of the bid security along with the technical bid/proposal and original bid security to be submitted to the university purchase office before the tender opening date and time.
- Pre-bid meeting will be held on 14th May, 2026 at 1100 hrs at the Purchase office.
- Offers received by any other means other than E-PADS, received through mail/courier/by hand before the expiry of submission time will be rejected.

- Tender Documents are available on EPAD (Punjab)/Punjab PPRA as well as on the university website. Detailed Terms & Conditions / Tender documents can be downloaded from EPAD, Punjab, PPRA as well as from the university website after uploading/publication of the tender notice. The bidder shall download the bidding documents from these websites and participate in the procurement process without paying any tender fee.
Procurement Method Single Stage-Two Envelope Evaluation Criteria
1) Evaluation shall be done as per Rule 38-A of PPRA 2014. Technically compliant and lowest evaluated E-Bid will be accepted.
Interested parties may submit their E-Bids till 1100 hours on 26th May 2026. The E-Bids will be opened on the same day at 1130 Hours. No bid will be received after 1100 hours. In case of any official or local holiday falling on the last date for submission of the bids, the next working day will automatically be the date for opening of the bids.
