Tender Notice for Supply of Mess Items for University Hostels Campus-I Rawalpindi
Fatima Jinnah Women University (FJWU) invites e-bids for the supply of Mess Items for University Hostels Campus-I Rawalpindi. The parties must be economically sound and experienced. -
Terms & Conditions
- All interested e-bidders should be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Department and must be an active tax filer.
- The prices should be quoted in Pak Rupees. The GST/PST to be indicated separately where applicable.
- The prices quoted should be valid for 90 days and extendable for another 30 days.
- The University may reject all e-bids or proposals at any time prior to the acceptance of a e-bid or proposal. The University shall upon request communicate to any e-bidder who submitted a e-bid or proposal, the ground for its rejection of proposals, but is not required to justify those grounds.
- Two (2%) e-bid security of total annual estimated price (annexure wise) in shape of Demand Draft / Pay Order / Call Deposit Receipt in favor of “Treasurer Fatima Jinnah Women University, Rawalpindi”, must be submitted along with covering letter in the University Purchase Office. The soft copy of the e-bid security must be attached with E-bids on EPAD. E-bids without or LESS earnest money of the total annual estimated price as mentioned below (annexure wise) will not be entertained. No Crossed-Cheque / Bank Challan / Cash or any other instrument other than Demand Draft / Pay Order / Call Deposit will be accepted. (University FTN # 9020016-0)

- Pre-e-bid meeting will be held on 10th December,2025 at 11:30 am in the university purchase office campus-I Rawalpindi. In case of holiday the next working day meeting will be convened on the same time.
- All bidders are mandatory to be present at pre bid meeting and tender opening.
Please attach soft copy of e-bid security along-with the technical/financial e-bid / proposal and original e-bid security to be submitted in the university purchase office before tender opening date and time.
- Offer received by any other means other than E-PADS, received through mail / courier / by hand before the expiry of submission time will be rejected.

Procurement Method
1) Single Stage-One Envelope
2) Evaluation shall be annexure wise. Rates must be quoted against each and every item annexure wise (inclusive of all applicable taxes).
Interested parties may submit their E-Bids till 1100 hours on 23rd December,2025. The E-Bids will be opened on the same day at 1130 Hours. No bid will be received after 1100 hours. In case of any official or local holiday, falling on the last date for submission of the bids, the next working day will automatically be the date for opening of the bids.
